Anti-fluorescein
Sheep polyclonal anti-fluorescein is a high-sensitivity detector antibody used to detect FITC and 5,6-carboxyfluorescein labeled proteins in Western blot, ELlSA and immunohistochemistry applications. It will also recognize nucleic acids labeled with fluorescein-N4/N6 nucleotide analogs in Southern and/or Northern blots and colony/plaque screens. Both AP and HRP conjugates exhibit negligible non-specific binding giving them excellent performance characteristics.
