The britelite™ plus system is a homogeneous, ultra-high sensitivity luciferase reporter gene assay for the quantitation of firefly luciferase expression in mammalian cells. Designed to provide maximum signal intensity for assays requiring the utmost sensitivity, britelite plus is suitable for use in a 96-, 384-, or 1536-well microplate format. A signal half-life of 30 minutes makes britelite plus is ideal for:
