PhenoVue™ secondary antibodies
The range of PhenoVue™ fluor-labeled secondary antibodies offer bright signals for high quality images, and have been extensively validated in high-content screening applications. Highly cross-adsorbed anti-rabbit and anti-mouse antibodies minimize cross-reactivity in multiplexing experiments.
PhenoVue™ fluorescent secondary antibodies can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications.
Goat anti-IgG (H+L) antibodies recognize IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 isotypes. All antibodies are affinity purified.
Fluorescent label options include PhenoVue 488 (bright green), PhenoVue 568 (bright red-orange) and PhenoVue 594 (bright red).
- Cross-adsorbed antibodies may display cross-reactivity with other species. For improved specificity and lower background, or in multiplexed applications, consider using highly cross-adsorbed PhenoVue conjugated secondary antibodies as an alternative.
- Highly cross-adsorbed antibodies have been cross-adsorbed against various IgG species such as rat, hamster, human, rabbit, bovine, horse, or chicken serum to minimize cross-reactivity with other species.
