Dharmacon RNAオリゴヌクレオチドは、80nt以上の長さを日常的に合成しており、一貫性があり、優れた純度レベルを誇ります。
より長いオリゴを合成する能力は、2次構造が形成される可能性や、特定の配列の化学合成が本質的に難しいことなどから、配列に大きく依存します。
オリゴの長さが長くなるほど、全体的な収量が減少することが予想されます。

- 極めて長鎖の場合(長さが 40~50 nt以上)
- 3’末端または内部で化学的に修飾されている場合
- 二重で標識されている場合

RNA処理法について
- Unprocessed(未処理):RNAオリゴは合成後の処理を受けていません。脱塩、脱保護、精製されていません。
- Desalted(脱塩):RNAオリゴは、エタノール沈殿またはC18カラム脱塩のいずれかによって脱塩されています。カラム脱塩は通常、PAGE精製されたRNAおよび長さが10nt未満のRNAに使用されます。
- Deprotected(脱保護):RNA塩基の2′-ACE保護基が除去(脱保護)されています。
- PAGE:RNAオリゴはポリアクリルアミドゲル電気泳動で精製されています。
- HPLC:RNAオリゴは、精製のためにイオン交換高速液体クロマトグラフィーを受けています。
- in vivo:RNAオリゴは、対イオン(Na +)交換、脱塩、滅菌ろ過、およびエンドトキシンテストによって処理されています。
- in vivo HPLC:RNAオリゴはin vivoプロセッシングとHPLC精製の両方を受けています。
