Dharmacon Oligo Sequence Converter

Dharmacon Reagents use a unique oligo code to abbreviate bases and mods. If unfamiliar with this code or coming from another common code this tool can convert you input into one compatible with our oligo ordering tools.

  • Write or copy/paste your sequences and oligo names into the input field
  • Validate Only button will translate sequence and list compatible order tools, or provide error message and guidance if there is a compatibility issue
  • Download button converts the tool output into a downloadable file (.csv)
  • Clear grid/Clear Input* will erase all values in the input field
