Remember to include consideration for:

siRNA/miRNA/sgRNA working concentration (nM):		Typically 20-50 nM for siRNA and sgRNA. Accell siRNA is 1000 nM (1 uM).
Total volume per well (µL):		100 μL is typical working volume in 96 well plate.
Number of experiments, including replicates:		E.g. 30 screens in triplicate, enter 90.

Estimated nmol to order:

DharmaFECT volume per well (µL):		Typically 0.1-0.5 μL in 96-well.
