堅牢な分子または遺伝子コンパニオン診断（CDx）検査を開発するには、精度管理試料の使用が不可欠です。人工合成核酸とは異なり、当社の遺伝子改変がん細胞株由来の精度管理試料は患者サンプルに近い性質を有しています。リンパ腫のがんゲノムDNAパネルには、非ホジキンリンパ腫でよくみられる10種類の SNVと3種類のCNVが含まれています。また、リンパ腫は一般的に体細胞性であるため、本パネルではアレル頻度は5％と低くなっています。対応するネガティブコントロールを使用すると、アッセイのカットオフに合わせてさらに希釈することができます。すべての変異は綿密に検証され、ISO 13485 に基づいて製造されています。
