Pan-Cancer 6-Fusion Panel FFPE RNA標準サンプルは、特性のよく明らかにされている臨床的意義のある細胞株由来の精度管理試料であり、融合遺伝子の検出を目的としたターゲットNGS RNA-Seq、endpoint reverse-transcription PCR（エンドポイントRT-PCR）、RT-qPCR およびRT-ddPCRアッセイの性能評価のために使用します。
各15 µm切片にはホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋（FFPE）された複数の細胞株のミックスが含まれており、トランスクリプトーム解析で6つのキナーゼ関連融合RNAが含まれていることが確認されています。

RNAの品質：TapeStation High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape Assay（Agilent）を使用時、期待されるDV200値は65％以上
