What are the purification options for your custom oligo or siRNA synthesis?

We offer both High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and PAGE purification, though HPLC is often the preferred option. For unmodified RNA oligos less than 36 nt in length, purification is typically not necessary. However, purification is recommended for most 3' end modifications, dual label requests, internal labeling, larger scales, or for long RNAs.
