Please note
- Synthesis scale does not represent final yield. Longer lengths, modifications, and purification will result in decreased DNA yields. Please contact Scientific Support to obtain yield estimates or recommended processing for your specific needs.
- Oligos at 0.05 µmol scale with HPLC purification, particularly if longer than 80 bases, will result in a low total nmol yield.
- All oligos made by Dharmacon are verified for quality using mass spectrometry. This data is available on request for a fee. Additionally, we can provide UHPLC data on request as an additional service. Contact Scientific Support for more information.
