- Synthesis scale does not represent final yield. Length, modifications, and processing options will result in decreased oligo yield. Purification is strongly recommended for modified RNA requests. Please contact Scientific Support to obtain yield estimates or recommended processing for your specific needs.
- All oligos made by Dharmacon are verified for quality using mass spectrometry. This data is available on request for a fee.
