What batch-specific supplementary NGS data is provided?​

For select reference standards, batch-specific supplementary NGS data is provided as a single VCF file, aligned against GRCh38/hg38. The VCF files contain information including a list of variants observed in a specific batch, along with the batch-specific allele frequency and read depth.
