Which extraction kits have been tested with FFPE RNA reference standards?

The RNA FFPE reference standards HD784, HD834, and HD835 are extracted using the Maxwell® RSC RNA FFPE extraction platform (AS1440; Promega®) as part of our QC process, but show broad compatibility with other extraction platforms due to their patient sample-like properties. However, we cannot guarantee yield (≥ 100 ng RNA per section) on other platforms and optimization may be required.
