Which extraction kits have been tested with FFPE RNA reference standards?

Please check the CoA to find the extraction method used in the QC process for a specific batch of each reference standard.   

The RNA FFPE reference standards HD852 and HD876 were extracted using the Revvity Chemagic CMG-1212 as part of our QC process.

The RNA FFPE reference standards HD784, HD834, and HD835 are extracted using the Maxwell® RSC RNA FFPE extraction platform (AS1440; Promega®) as part of our QC process.

FFPE RNA reference standards show broad compatibility with other extraction platforms due to their patient sample-like properties. However, we cannot guarantee yield on platforms other than those tested and optimization on other platforms may be required.
