RNA fusions

RNA fusions in FFPE

RNA reference standards are an ideal control for validating sequencing assays that start with an RNA input. These commutable standards contain onco-relevant fusions in their genomic DNA and are derived from cell lines.

A matched wildtype (fusion negative) control is also available.
