Mimix™ Geni™ Negative FFPE 標準サンプルは、Mimix Geni Onco Mix 1 DNA/RNA FFPE 標準サンプル (HD852)に対応するネガティブコントロールです。本製品は、Medical Device Innovation Consortium(MDIC)が主導する体細胞リファレンスサンプル(Somatic Reference Samples: SRS)イニシアチブの一環として、MDICとの共同開発により作製されました。
Mimix Geni Negative FFPE標準サンプルは、最も広く検証・使用されている細胞株の一つである Genome in a Bottle(GIAB)コンソーシアム由来の親株 GM24385 を用いて作製されています。本製品は、MDICとの共同開発により作製された Mimix Geni Onco Mix 1 DNA/RNA FFPE標準サンプル (HD852) に対する、ワイルドタイプまたは対応するネガティブコントロールとして使用可能です。また、一般的なFFPEワークフロー管理としてもご利用いただけます。これにより、DNA抽出から解析までのエンドツーエンドのワークフローを包括的に検証することが可能となります。
