What does QTE- mean?

When you have generated your quotation online, you will notice that on the confirmation screen it will show a ‘QTE-‘ reference; these are numbers which are attributed to each quotation that is generated. Our Customer Service team can use this unique reference number to locate the appropriate document within our systems.

Please note that a ‘QTE-‘ reference is different to the ‘SO-‘ reference given to an order which has been placed (QTE = Quotation and SO = Sales Order).
