The results page of the Cherry-Pick Library Tool shows that I loaded a recognized gene id (or catalog number), but there are no green checkmarks to indicate there is a product, and there is not a Select box to click. Why is this happening?

Due to the dynamic nature of gene-based products, it is not uncommon for a catalog number to be reversioned, or for a new or retired gene to no longer have associated products. In these cases the identifiers put into the Loader may return a result, but no product is indicated as available (by a green checkmark). In this case, please contact technical support and we'll be glad to look at your specific gene with you to see if product is available (http: //dharmacon. gelifesciences. com/service-and-support/).
