Can amphotropic lentivruses (non-replication competent) mobilize with endogenous viruses in animals?

If the animal is already infected with HIV then this would be possible. Otherwise, it would not be possible because any other kind of retroviral genes would not be compatible with the packaging signal that is on the lentiviral vectors. Furthermore, the pGIPZ/pTRIPZ vectors are tat-dependent and other retroviruses do not express the tat gene.
