Production times for custom synthesis depend on the processing options selected and can range from 4-10 business days in most cases.  For any custom items ordered online, the days to ship is listed on the bottom of the ordering page once the "Refresh Price" button is clicked.  These are also shown on the cart page.  Your order will be shipped once all items are completed.
