What is the sequence for a custom synthetic sgRNA?

Our custom synthetic sgRNA sequence for Streptococus pyogenes consists of a user-defined targeting region of 17 to 23 nt, appended with a constant 80 nt region consisting of 12 nt of crRNA repeat, 4 nt of tetraloop, and 63 nt of tracrRNA sequence. The total oligonucleotide length ranges from 97 to 103 nts.
