Once an order has been placed, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as an email and downloadable confirmation.
Your Sales Order Confirmation contains all the necessary details relating to your order and the Sales Order Number can be found in the top-right hand side of this document and will have the prefix ‘SO-‘.
