The Euploid reference standard consists of the same maternal and fetal blended cell line types as used for the Trisomy reference standards. In the Euploid reference standard, the cell lines originate from a healthy mother carrying a healthy fetus. Each Trisomy reference standard is based on a unique set of cell lines originating from a healthy mother with an affected fetus.
