5X siRNA buffer is appropriate for resuspension and long-term storage of any short, double-strand or single-strand synthetic RNA molecule, including modified and unmodified siRNAs, microRNA Mimics and microRNA Hairpin Inhibitors.
RNase-free water
It is critical to ensure RNase-free conditions to prevent degradation when working with RNA reagents. Molecular grade RNase-free water is for dilution of 5X buffer or resuspension of RNA.
Accell delivery media
Accell siRNA requires low-serum or serum-free application conditions. Accell siRNA delivery media is an enriched, serum-free medium specially formulated and optimized for use during Accell siRNA delivery to maintain cell viability.
