Mimix™ Lymphoid Cancer Panel, FFPE Reference Standard

This is the FFPE version of our popular Lymphoid gDNA panel (HD840). This cell line derived reference material can be used for end-to-end validation of molecular assays designed for testing lymphoid malignancies from FFPE samples.

As part of the continuous evolution of our portfolio, we have changed the name of our range to Mimix™ reference standards to better reflect the patient-like performance they provide.

Due to inherent genetic variability (somatic mutations) in lymphomas, precise diagnosis and prognosis depend heavily on molecular and genetic profiling. Specific mutations like SOCS1/CDKN2A for DLBCL and EZH2 for follicular lymphomas aid diagnosis and risk assessment. To support such precision testing, our engineered cancer cell lines mimic patient samples, offering a robust reference panel with clinically relevant mutations detectable in FFPE format. This ISO 13485 validated panel empowers the development of accurate companion diagnostics for improved lymphoma management.
