Due to inherent genetic variability (somatic mutations) in lymphomas, precise diagnosis and prognosis depend heavily on molecular and genetic profiling. Specific mutations like SOCS1/CDKN2A for DLBCL and EZH2 for follicular lymphomas aid diagnosis and risk assessment. To support such precision testing, our engineered cancer cell lines mimic patient samples, offering a robust reference panel with clinically relevant mutations detectable in FFPE format. This ISO 13485 validated panel empowers the development of accurate companion diagnostics for improved lymphoma management.
