Our Mimix™ OncoPure Colorectal Cancer FFPE reference standard offers a highly accurate representation of patient samples. It is derived from a single CRC tumor cell line without any modifications or engineering, providing a true reflection of a patient sample. With a consistent cell line background, this control enhances the reliability of your NGS and other molecular biology-based workflows to detect CRC.
Our Mimix reference standards are produced under ISO 13485 and undergo rigorous QC testing, leveraging over 14 years of experience. This means you can trust the quality of our controls and the accuracy of your results.
Batch-specific NGS data
The OncoPure Colorectal Cancer Panel FFPE Reference Standard comes with batch-specific NGS data. You can access the VCF file here. Each batch was sequenced using Agilent's CREV4 (Clinical Research Exome) kit at a depth of 250x on Aviti platform and analyzed using the Illumina DRAGEN Somatic Pipeline for mapping, sorting, and variant calling.
