The miRIDIAN microRNA Mimic Transfection Control is a Dy547-labeled microRNA mimic based on the C. elegans miRNA cel-miR-67 (miRIDIAN Mimic Negative Control #1) for monitoring delivery into human, mouse, and rat cells.
miRIDIAN Transfection Controls are ideal for optimizing conditions for relevant, well-controlled microRNA modulation experiments. For rapid visualization of mimic delivery, utilize the miRIDIAN Mimic Transfection Control with Dy547.
Non-targeting miRIDIAN Mimic labeled with Dy547 (absorbance/emission max: 557/570 nm)
No identifiable effects on miRNA function in multiple cell lines
Transfection can be monitored and visualized by epifluorescence (see Figure 1, Supporting Data)
Stability at Recommended Storage Conditions
